Refund policy

 

Returns
All purchases are subject to exchange only or store credit on ALL merchandise within 14 days of delivery. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. 

Please note that all returns take 5-7 business days to process once they are received.

We do offer refunds if your one of a kind item is damaged during shipping and cannot be replaced or repaired. Please let us know about the damage within 24 hours of receiving it. If it is a replaceable item, then we will happily replace it or send for repair.

Items sold at DISCOUNTED prices or on SALE are NOT eligible for exchange or store credit & are “final sales”. This means no refunds or exchanges on sale items. OLD PAWN AND VINTAGE PIECES ARE FINAL SALE NO EXCEPTIONS.

All prices are subject to change at any time. If an item is purchased and later offered at a discounted or sale price, Nizhoni Traders LLC does not offer price adjustments or refunds for the difference.


Sale prices are valid only for purchases made during the active promotional period.

To complete your store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Leslie@nizhonitradersllc.com and send your item to: PO Box 9094, Tucson, AZ 85738
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a gift card to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
